As a Project Engineer in the Construction industry, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our vision of creating sustainable and innovative structures.

You will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing a wide range of construction projects from conception to completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to apply their technical knowledge, leadership skills, and creativity to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within the given budget and timeline.

2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to determine project specifications and to establish project plans and deadlines.

3. Review and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project feasibility.

4. Manage and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites and ensure their proper storage and maintenance.

5. Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all parts of the project are in sync and are moving forward according to plan.

6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring that construction activities align with safety standards and building regulations.

7. Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports for stakeholders.

8. Manage and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.

9. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and state regulations are met.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project engineering, construction management, or a related role.

3. Proven experience in project management and contract management.

4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and draft technical specifications and drawings.

7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

10. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
