Maintenance Electrician Technician
Staffmark in Houston, TX, is hiring a skilled Maintenance Electrician Technician to join our team. If you have extensive experience in electrical and mechanical repair, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and are ready for your next career move, we want to hear from you!
Pay : $25 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift : 1st Shift, 5 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
Requirements & Key Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with electrical and mechanical repairs
- Proficient in wiring and troubleshooting 110V, 220V, 480V, 12V, and 24V circuits
- Experience with photo-eyes, proximity sensors, and sensor circuits
- Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical prints, and schematics
- Familiar with 2, 3, and 4-way valves, single / double-acting cylinders, and basic conveyor adjustments
- Skilled in replacing gearboxes, motors, bearings, and chain drives
- CNC experience (Mazak / Okuma preferred)
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
- Experience with PLC controls and schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CMMS software
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer service focus
