Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted

Join our thriving team of Physical Therapists and help shape the future of the profession! We are looking for a PT who will deliver patient- and family-centered care under the direction of the rehabilitation leadership team.

This role involves evaluating patients, assessing their needs, and formulating treatment plans. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and adjust plans to meet evolving needs.

With a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 per year, and a full suite of benefits, you’ll be well-equipped for professional success.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Assess and meet patients' goals and needs effectively.
• Deliver personalized treatment plans that improve motion and mobility.
• Actively reduce the need for medications and offer surgical alternatives.
• Design comprehensive care plans utilizing various treatment techniques.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs for individual patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based care and proven interventions to patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients to achieve optimal functionality.
• Promote healthy lifestyles for clients through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effects and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant qualifications and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Ability to engage with diverse patient personalities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
