Senior Shared Services Pod Associate, Non-Tech Students & Grads and Professional Learning Programs

The Shared Services Pod offers strategic advisory services that ensure well managed excellence, a rigorous and high quality experience focus, and data-informed governance and optimization.
The team also supports the operations and development of our internal S&G team.
We are looking for an exceptional teammate to assist our Shared Services Pod in the strategy & delivery of this critical effort.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading projects and processes in a well-managed way. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organization, and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for a team player who is solution-oriented, comfortable working with data and has effective program / process management, communication and customer focus skills.
Key responsibilities of the role will vary and will include :
- Assist the Pod Lead in establishing a cohesive experience across our Students & Grads programs in key focus areas including L&D strategy, demand planning & allocation, data synthesis, associate experience, and S&G team logistics & operations.
- Curate monthly scorecard metrics to our Program AE’s, L&D Partners, and senior leaders in partnership with PS&A and other analytical resources.
- Coordinate key horizontal functions of the SSP including but not limited to : Monthly Business Review deckware, AAS analysis, organizational changes, team communications, and monthly meetings.
- Design high quality, engaging, impactful leadership development experiences and content, including (but not limited to), facilitator and participant materials, and job aids / tools.
- Lead intern work streams that support intern travel, onboarding and the large scale Mid-Summer event.
- Connect across our S&G programs teams to drive work including project planning and monitoring, reporting out on results / milestones, and evaluating success.
- Execute on best practices on engagement models and stakeholder interaction with key groups who interact with our team.
- Increase efficiencies in contracting, swag ordering, requisition approval and partnering with vendors.
- Assist in coordination of key team engagement activities including AAS analysis, organizational changes, team communications, committees and monthly meetings.
- Monitor the S & G Programs team budget.
- Assist with horizontal efforts as they emerge to ensure a consistent & cohesive experience across the team.
- Design and deliver using Google tools, Zoom and other technology used by our Enterprise Learning team.
Basic Qualifications :
- Associate's degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Event & Logistics Management or at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a combination of both.
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in Event Management or at least 2 years of experience in Recruiting or at least 2 years of experience Human Resources or at least 2 years of experience in Marketing or a combination of any of the above.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with event management.
- Experience interpreting metrics and trends.
- Experience with instructional design.
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change.
- Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts.
