As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our fast-paced environment, supporting on-site community fundraising initiatives and representing our clients with professionalism and impact.
This is an entry-level role where your willingness to learn and commitment to success are key. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you thrive in your role and find fulfillment in your work.
Responsibilities :
Answer customer questions in person at our events, representing our clients with the utmost professionalism
Deliver outstanding service by successfully responding to all questions and queries
Attend daily meetings and workshops
Stay up to date on new services and programs
All other tasks as assigned by the Management Team
Requirements :
Authorization to work in the United States
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Full-time availability to work on-site
Quick Learner
Effective Communication Skills
Prior experience in Sales, Fundraising, Hospitality, or Public Relations is an asset
