Then our LEAD CHHA - Call Out Cover position could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Overview
As a LEAD Call Out / Covering CHHA , you'll play a critical role in delivering a high-quality experience for the clients, must be able to walk into any situation and deliver exceptional care.
This will likely include a combination of regular clients and fill in shifts. These caregivers are assigned as needed by the scheduling team within the allocated work hours.
Members of this team will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours of pay each week!! whether you have an assignment or not.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate the client's care and report back to the Client Director
- Respond promptly to call-outs and report to assigned client locations on short notice.
- Review client care plans and familiarize yourself with their specific needs and routines.
- Provide high-quality care as outlined in the care plan, including personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Adapt to different client personalities and situations positively and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document all care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or nurse.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care.
Qualifications :
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) NJ license in good standing.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license REQUIRED
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and transferring.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and upholding client confidentiality.
