About the Role :
As a member of a strategic customer facing team, the Strategic Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for identifying, growing and maintaining relationships focused on engaging payers, oncology Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's), integrated healthcare systems, and select practices.
This person will be responsible for field engagement by account & region to create access across all payers, and other population-based decision makers to ensure awareness of the value proposition of SpringWorks products.
This individual will support designing the account engagement strategy for SpringWorks products to select customer audiences, (payers, c-suite, population-based decision makers, pharmacists, pathway developers, practices, external thought leaders etc.
based on their assigned accounts and geography.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers key 'face' to the client.
- Support sales within assigned accounts by serving as a first level subject matter expert
- Achieve optimal access for SpringWorks products by communicating the unique value proposition of our exciting assets; effectively execute the market access strategy with select customers to ensure maximum value awareness for SpringWorks products pre and post approval
- Effectively and compliantly engage with appropriate customers pre-launch to inform key stakeholders
- Collaborate seamlessly with teammates across the commercial and medical teams to ensure strong engagement at the account level
- Inform and condition the market both pre and post launch to ensure our value proposition is understood and access hurdles will be removed to serve patients
- Interfacing with external organizations (vendors, payers, Oncology GPOs, select community practices, PBMs, population-based decision makers, COA, NCODA, ASCO, NCCN etc.)
- Planning, measuring and reporting activity, milestones, launch readiness, post launch execution.
- Collaboration across the business both field and internal
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical and / or biotech experience required in rare disease or oncology
- 5+ years in field facing Market Access required
- Deep understanding of the payer and provider space in oncology / rare disease
- Launch experience required
- Experience in patient administered products (Part D, oral)
- Experience working a collaborative, dynamic, accountable environment
- Strong business and data analytic skills to monitor, track, and proactively address customer performance and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
- Expert in US market access environment with deep knowledge of recent policy changes, external product launches and current dynamics in rare & oncology

- Ability to travel including overnight stay driven by business need
- This position must be able to work East Coast hours and reside in the Northeast #LI-Remote
Location Classification Remote :
Officially classified as working full-time from employee's home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.
Compensation :
The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 $240,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
