To support our software teams who are building and supporting our Agent Platforms, we're seeking an experienced Software Engineering leader to lead a remote team of talented engineers.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for driving technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across multiple projects and initiatives.

If you're passionate about leading remote teams, driving technical innovation, and making a meaningful impact in the tech industry, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesLead a high-performing remote team of software engineers (ICs) to deliver complex projects on time and with qualityDevelop and execute technical strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for the team's projects, aligning them with company objectivesCoach, mentor, and develop ICs' technical skills and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growthCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to drive innovation and experimentationConduct regular 1 : 1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting sessions for team members to ensure individual career growthDevelop and manage the team's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and prioritizing initiatives that drive business resultsQualifications7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar senior technical role, preferably in a remote work environmentProven track record of successfully leading remote teams and managing distributed projects to deliver high-quality resultsStrong technical background in writing Flutter, React, Node, and TypeScript code, with expertise in at least one of these areasExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a remote settingExperience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and a willingness to adopt new approaches as neededNice to HaveExperience with native app developmentExperience with AWS cloud and cloud-native technologiesPrevious experience in a Software Engineering Manager or similar leadership roleFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools (Gitlab, GitHub, git, trunk-based development)Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture)Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
