Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests.
- Execute IHOP service standards for a high-quality guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate food orders and service requests accurately.
- Memorize and apply IHOP terminology and menu knowledge.
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain cash control.
- Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Qualifications :
- No prior experience required, but desired.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills.
