A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing & Process Engineer,\nyou’ll split your time between the office and the factory floor, collaborating\nwith cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements across both\nadministrative and manufacturing processes for our Voltage Regulator production\nlines. Your day will involve analyzing workflows, conducting time studies, and\ndriving lean initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity in all areas of\nthe operation. You’ll lead projects, solve problems, and support the\nintegration of new technologies—all while ensuring a safe, high-performing, and\ncontinuously improving work environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead\n Lean initiatives to optimize both manufacturing and administrative\n processes, reducing waste and driving continuous improvement.

  • Redesign\n factory layouts to improve workflow, safety, and scalability.
  • \n

  • Implement\n automation solutions and new technologies to enhance productivity and\n quality in production and support functions.
  • \n

  • Conduct\n time studies and process analyses to identify bottlenecks and recommend\n actionable improvements.
  • \n

  • Collaborate\n with engineering, quality, operations, and administrative teams to\n integrate new processes and technologies.
  • \n

  • Support\n training initiatives to promote a culture of operational excellence and\n continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • \n

    What You Bring

    \n

  • Bachelor’s\n degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering\n or related fields.
  • \n

  • Minimum\n 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; candidates with more\n experience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
  • \n

  • Strong\n knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • \n

  • Hands-on\n experience with automation technologies and time study methodologies.
  • \n

  • Effective\n communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, organizational\n and multitasking skills.
  • \n

    Applicants must be legally authorized for\nemployment in the United States without need for current or future\nemployer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current\nvisa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
