Compensation :
$94,000 - $108,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments provided by G3 Solar
- Develop proficiency in solar energy technology and deliver exceptional customer service to serve as a knowledgeable representative of G3 Solar
- Identify and qualify prospective customers based on established criteria
- Close sales with qualified homeowners to meet individual and team sales targets
- Conduct site assessments and develop customized proposals for potential clients
- Guide customers through the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have
Qualifications :
- Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales goals in field sales positions
- Willingness to travel locally for up to 80% of working hours within the designated sales territory
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client availability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Professional demeanor for handling sensitive conversations with customers and colleagues
- Access to dependable transportation and a smartphone for work-related tasks
- Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is a plus, though not mandatory
