UPMC St. Margaret Hospital is a 4 Time Magnet ANCC Designated Hospital located in Aspinwall Pa. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse to join our Resource Pool.
This position will have an additional 10% Resource Pool Differential on top of base rate.
This position will complete orientation and rotate primarily on the following units : 4A, 3B, 5A, 5B, 6B, ICU, ED and nursing support services.
Requirements include all of Resource Pool RN requirements, BAC and ACLS.
Support Services : This includes any role that may support the Nursing need at UPMC St. Margaret including but not limited to Team nursing assignment.
Resource Pool Nurses will be utilized to open flex and surge areas at times of high census.
