Automotive Billing Specialist

Stokes Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist and Deal Auditor to join our team!

- Scans dealer trade and wholesale transactions to DMS.
- Posts sales transactions to accounting records.
- Reconciles office records with the sales department.
- Prepares a daily report of contracts, vehicle receivables due, and proceeds.
- Accounts for all deal records. Compiles a list of any missing transactions.
- Resolves any titling problems with the responsible managers.
- Signs off on commission payments based on final documentation.
- Prepares invoices, listing items sold and service provided, amounts due, and credit terms.
- Reports unit sales figures and overaged vehicle inventory.
- Keeps abreast of factory sales programs and ensures proper credits to accounts are made.
- Compiles reports as requested.
Requirements :
- Two to four years related experience and / or training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills..
