Food Service Manager
Overview :
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the dining and nutritional services within the healthcare market.

About the Position :
- Manages foodservice program to meet quality standards and safety guidelines
- Responsible for training, quality control, and staff in-servicing
- Ensures effective communication with client managers and building occupants
- Utilizes proper safety measures and infection control policies
- Positive representation of HCSG through courteous and cooperative interactions
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks
- Associate's degree or higher preferred in food service management or hospitality
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required
- Certification as required by State & County law
- Minimum two years of experience in quantity food production and personnel supervision
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
- Ability to lift / carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
