Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, especially within our Spanish-speaking community.
- Use a customer-first, needs-based approach to educate clients about their insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify appropriate products and services tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Partner with our team to continuously improve client experiences and contribute to the agency’s growth.

Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. You must be fully fluent in both languages to provide outstanding service to our diverse client base.
This means the ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish at a professional level.
- Strong interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening in both languages.
- People-oriented, focused on relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Full-time availability; work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
