Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic enablement vision and roadmap for onboarding and training
Create and manage ongoing training modules, workshops, and a centralized resource library
Analyze sales processes for improvement and tailor learning experiences to enhance performance metrics
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales enablement or learning & development, preferably in fast-paced environments
3+ years of direct B2B selling experience with technical products
Proven ability to build impactful sales enablement programs
Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
Experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce and Gong
