Nero Air Conditioning & Heating of North Haven, CT is seeking an outgoing, aggressive, and clean-cut full-time HVAC Sales Representative to join our sales team.
This position meets with customers, prices jobs, completes administrative tasks and earns a base salary of $30k - 40K / yr , plus gross-margin commissions.

ABOUT NERO AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING
We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators.
The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. Nero, Inc. is very reliable when it comes to meeting project deadlines and is proud to say that our company has not missed a deadline yet.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
You start each day ready to personally connect with clients as an HVAC Sales Representative. Carefully listening to any concerns and answering client questions, you easily offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs.
After that, you clearly, honestly, and accurately communicate the product or service benefits.
In an effort to keep up with the latest info in the industry, you attend staff meetings and training. Besides meeting new people, you enjoy that you get to work at new locations and that no two days are exactly the same! By the end of the day, you feel great about having promoted more comfortable homes at even better prices for your customers!
QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid drivers license
- Basic computer knowledge / experience
