As a Flight Paramedic, you’ll be on the front lines of\ncritical care, delivering rapid response and advanced medical support to those\nin urgent need. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring swift and\neffective medical transport during life’s most critical moments.

Details : \n\n

  • Provide\ncritical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with

established\nprotocols.

\n\nCollaborate\neffectively

with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.

  • \n\nOperate\nand maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for\nemergencies.

    • \n\nParticipate\nin

    ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.

    \n\nRotational\nschedule

    based on operational needs.

    \n\n\n\n

    Requirements : \n\n

  • Active\n Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.
  • \n\nMinimum\nof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911 / pre-hospital\nservice (5 years preferred).

    • \n\nCurrent\ncertifications :

    BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, and PHTLS / ITLS (NRP and\ninstructor certifications preferred).

  • \n\n FP-C\ncertification within\n24 months of hire.
  • \n\nFlight\nor transport experience preferred.

    • \n\nSuccessful\ncompletion

    of the Medical Group

    education / orientation

    program.

  • \n\nBachelor's\ndegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

    • \n\nEffective\ncommunication

    and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person and\nover the phone.

    \n\nBasic\ncomputer

    skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.

  • \n\nAbility\nto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and\nflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,\nand background check.
  • \n\nMust\nmaintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
