Project Coordinator - Spanish/English
Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the National Paint Team with organizing equipment, supplies, assisting with sub contractor identification and support.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities : Primarily responsible for managing work orders coming through facility management software tools to include, but not limited to, Smart Sheet and Excel.
Assist project managers with the scheduling of projects Will do the administrative work to support the teams on the day to day work to alleviate the burdens on the teams.
Will coordinate ordering and delivery of products, equipment and paint in a timely manner.
Work closely with multiple subcontractors on multiple projects, and schedule subcontractors by need and location.
Coordinate material orders and delivery.
Assist with identifying and building subcontractors and developing relationships Collect and submit project closeout documentation including photos and completion forms.
Provide daily administrative support for project management Prepare reports as necessary or required for areas of involvement.
File data and related information and maintain and update databases.
Organize paperwork for distribution or analysis.
Nature & Scope : No direct responsibility for supervising other FCP employees.
Indirectly reports to and takes work direction from Project Team Manager Provide work direction and support of subcontractors.
May travel up to 40% domestically.
