Travel Scheduler

General Summary

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the production of North American and Corporate travel administrative duties.

Specific responsibilities include booking travel, coding Enterprise and National bills, per diem payments and assisting the Travel Coordinator / Specialist in the sourcing / invoicing of courtesy blocks.

Essential Functions :

• Assist in booking flight, hotel and rental vehicles
• Assist in submitting per diem to payroll for payment and include coding for each submission.
• Correctly code and submit monthly Enterprise / National car rental bills to AP.
• Assist in the sourcing and invoicing of staff and athlete blocks.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently cross functionally on a routine basis.

Job Requirements

Education and work experience :

One to two years of related experience and / or training.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
