We're looking for a Field Team Leader to join our dynamic team of brand samplers and help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

What’s in it for you?
Part-Time & Permanent : 21 hours per week (Friday to Sunday, with occasional Thursdays)
Competitive Package : £15,120 - £16,632 / annum OTE (Full-time equivalent : £25,200 - £27,720 OTE) + 34p / mile or public transport expenses
Territory : South East London (You can use public transport or your own reliable vehicle)

What you’ll be doing :
- Leading, training, and supporting a team of brand samplers to deliver outstanding results.
- Building relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Inspiring your team to deliver high performance and ensure each activity meets the standards.
- Embedding best practices and creating a culture of excellence and coaching within the region.
- Welcoming and developing new team members, ensuring their success from day one!
