School Psychologist Needed - Prospect Heights, IL (2024-25 School Year)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Prospect Heights, IL.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to support their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on relevant topics.
Qualifications :
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- ValidState License or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and their families.
