Business Execution Consultant - Web Publishing

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Web Publishing for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities :

• Develops and helps facilitate the rollout of HTML template strategies across multiple business groups that incorporates signature feel templates, accessibility, brand standards, and mobile responsiveness features
• Consults with a variety of partners on the capabilities of publishing and email platforms in order to support executive and enterprise-wide content delivery needs across multiple communications teams
• Provides the publishing and execution of items / projects, from request to delivery, across external, enterprise, division, and LOB level website portals
• Creates, schedules, and sends executive level and enterprise email communications in a proprietary in-house email system (TMMail) leveraging HTML and Dreamweaver skills and ADOBE AEM
• Maintains strong knowledge of business resources and workflow calendars to ensure publishing and distribution expectations and timeframes are met, and engages appropriate resources as needed
• Creates and distributes website and email metric insights across technology platforms
• Develops and fosters an environment of upholding high levels of quality, brand, and template standards
• Supports and utilizes technology platforms to ensure successful end-to-end communications processes, as well as provides input to and assists Product Managers in the development and implementation of new features

Requirements :

• WCAG 2.1 Web Accessibility exposure needed (ADA Experience)
• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
• 2+ years of brokerage operations control or risk experience
• Project management experience
