Job Summary :
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meetings arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Proves support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities :

Duties include :
EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE A MUST, ESPECIALLY EXCEL
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule EOM meetings
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in preparation of regularly schedule reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Scanning tickets and emailing them to operations
- Provide general support to visitors
- Generate reports
- Handle multiple projects
- Conduct data entry
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Keep transactions spreadsheet up to date
- Keeping equipment parts orders spreadsheet up to date
