Construction Estimator - Commercial
Location : Atlanta, GA Area (Hybrid Working)
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 + benefits
Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, retail, sports, etc.)
They are on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have commercial estimating experience!

This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
- Proven track record of successful project estimation in various commercial sectors (e.g., education, retail centers, healthcare, multifamily, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required based on experience).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., ProEst, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
