As an integral part of our team, you’ll conduct tests, analyze results, and collaborate with your team to fine-tune our mix into perfection.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Conducting meticulous tests on aggregate and asphalt mix to ensure compliance with stringent specifications.
- Collaborating with seasoned technicians to understand and master various mix specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of hot mix asphalt during production and on-site installation.
- Utilizing cutting-edge technology to test materials for weight, temperature, thickness, and gradation, ensuring top-notch performance.
- Effectively communicating test results and recommendations to pave the way for continuous improvement.
- Harnessing the power of technology to input and analyze test data with precision and efficiency.
- Providing invaluable support to paving personnel, facilitating seamless adjustments to processes to meet specifications and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a passion for hands-on learning and growth.
Language Skills :
Proficiency in English reading and comprehension, enabling effective communication and understanding of technical materials.
Mathematical Skills :
Intermediate mathematical skills to navigate calculations and measurements.
Reasoning Ability :
Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with adaptability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
