Location : Houston, TX (Memorial Area) Hybrid (1-2 days per week remotely)

A prominent estate planning law firm located in Houston, TX, dedicated to providing personalized and innovative legal solutions for our clients.

The culture of the firm is very family-oriented and desires to bring on a like-minded Attorney that is collaborative and can work harmoniously with Codispoti and their proven process of robust Estate Planning of Wills and Trusts.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $110K
• Benefits : Health insurance, 401K, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Uncontested Probate Administration : Handle all aspects of uncontested probate, including filing administrations (independent / dependent) and navigating probate court procedures.
• Trust Drafting : Create and draft various types of trusts, including revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts, ensuring they align with clients' needs and legal requirements.
• Client Consultation : Provide expert counsel to clients on the best trust options, estate planning strategies, and asset protection.
• Innovative Solutions : Develop and implement unique and effective estate planning solutions, tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Case Management : Manage a high volume of estate planning cases, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Client Relations : Maintain empathetic and responsive communication with clients, ensuring a maximum 24-hour response time for emails and same-day phone call responses.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a relaxed, team-oriented office that values coachability, empathy, and a family-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 2-4 years of specific experience in probate and trust drafting, with a strong background in uncontested probate administration and court filings.
• Skills : Proficient in probate court procedures, trust drafting, estate planning, and asset protection. Ability to create innovative and tailored solutions for clients.
• Nice-to-Have : Experience with expatriates, undocumented real estate investors, trust-based planning, and asset protection.

Spanish fluency is a plus.

Personality : Relaxed, team-oriented, empathetic towards clients, and coachable. Ability to present professionally to clients and handle a busy workload without drama.
