We are seeking a dynamic and competent Project Accountant / Controller to join our Family-owned business setting. The Ideal candidate will be hard working and able to undertake a variety of accounting tasks and work diligently with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as handling and creating processes and procedures for efficient execution of the job.
Leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support various departments is needed in the position.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual English-Spanish- preferred
- Accounting experience
- Payroll, AP, and AR experience
- Ability to manage a small team
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office
Responsibilities :

- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a tidy manner.
