RESEARCH PROGRAM MANAGER
Position : Experienced Program Manager
Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Duration : 6+ months CTH
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a healthcare related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Program Manager, preferably in healthcare or research projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experienced in research administration is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the program.
- Coordinate and align the efforts of key team members.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the program stays on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across teams to achieve program objectives.
