Full Time Permanent Position 8 : 00 to 5 : 00pm Monday through Friday

Location : Torrance, CA

Starting pay $30.00 per hour plus benefits including 13 Paid Time Off (PTO) days per year, paid holidays and a group health insurance plan available after 30 days.

Award winning, profitable and highly ambitious novelty company is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

The Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, managing PPC campaigns, email campaigns, and our Shopify websites.

This role will play a key part in growing our direct-to-consumer sales and enhancing our online presence.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify websites to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Odoo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and experience managing e-commerce websites.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the intimate wellness or consumer health industry.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and influencer marketing.
