Overview
Enhabit Home Health is seeking a visionary leader with a passion for home health to join our team in Fort Myers. The RN Branch Director - Administrator opportunity is a dual role, combining clinical leadership with oversight of the daily operations and financial performance.
This role will ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance with Medicare regulations while providing leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff.

Patient Coverage Area : Lee County, Collier County, Charlotte County
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations : Lead the daily operations of each branch to ensure overall success and efficiency.
- Financial Management : Oversee the financial performance of each branch, including budget management, billing processes, and meeting EBITDA targets.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor and enhance quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight : Ensure the agency's compliance with Medicare and state regulations. Prepare each branch for on-site surveys and external audits.
- Data-Driven Analysis : Analyze statistical data from performance markers to evaluate productivity, cost efficiency, and quality of care delivery.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives : Implement strategic initiatives aimed at growth, continuity of care, and maintaining exceptional patient outcomes.
- Community Engagement : Act as the agency’s representative in the community, promoting services and fostering relationships with local resources.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 years in a home health nursing supervisor or administrator role.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Medicare, federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
- Must be able to make effective decisions to facilitate efficient operations and to ensure quality patient care.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Must possess a valid state driver license, maintain automobile liability insurance, maintain dependable transportation, and must be able to safely drive in all types of weather.
