Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the timely and accurate recognition of revenue in compliance with contract terms and Sarbanes Oxley
• Provide monthly (or as needed) revenue reporting by individual or group for local leadership including Individual vs. target, group vs.

target, and deficit reporting with analysis

• Collaborate with the business to ensure financial targets are being met and effectively communicate results, including risks and opportunities
• Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in producing timely and accurate monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis on information which could include supporting revenue schedules, labor reports, and expense review
• Assist in the creation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts for the client group
• Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due
• Assist with audit write ups for quarterly audits and monthly contracts that meet scope
• Assist in maintaining an accurate pipeline (work in process) by reviewing and collaborating with the business
• All other duties and tasks assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years accounting experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus
• Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation
• Ability to collaborate across many levels
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
• Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Excellent level of customer service skills
• Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
• Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
