We are now seeking a responsible and detail oriented Administrate Coordinator to help manage our office in Bellevue. You would be joining a team of around 50+ individuals who work remotely and globally including in the United States, Canada, the Philippines, India and Pakistan, and China.

Work Setup :

  • Full time, onsite in our Bellevue office
  • Office hours : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Seattle time.

Responsibilities :

  • Customizing our contracts with clients and partners
  • Helping our business stay compliant through researching the latest laws and rules and drafting company protocols and practices, e.

g., PCI compliance, privacy requirements, etc.

  • Understanding and documenting recurring business processes in a coherent and concise manner
  • Managing office, tenants and contractors
  • Billing, tracking payments, rental collecting, business filings
  • Managing bank accounts and payment portals
  • Undertaking special tasks and projects (research, support, outreach, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, etc.)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members, providing administrative support

Qualifications and requirements : If the answer to most of the following questions is YES, lets talk!

  • Are you detail oriented, able to conduct research on areas that are new to you?
  • Are you legal minded and willing to take on the challenge of writing legal documents? Prior law or legal experience is not a requirement.
  • Are you Tech Savvy, e.g. comfortable with evaluating different software solutions for our business?
  • Are you able to learn quickly and wear different hats?
  • Are you organized, able to stay on top of schedules, projects, and tasks?
  • Are you dependable, able to work independently with minimal guidance?
  • Do you enjoy working and communicating with people from different backgrounds to achieve desired outcomes?
  • Do you have experience of organizing office spaces, organizing events?
  • Are you excited about working in a fast-paced work environment where you can learn a lot of new things and grow?

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Base salary : 50,000 USD per year
  • Profit sharing
  • Medical and Dental
