Your Opportunity : Taymark, a leading supplier of graduation announcements, diplomas, covers, accessories, rings, and regalia, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to work with our independent sales force! This role seeks a detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Your Shift :
- Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm CST (weekends as needed based on seasonal workload)
- This role will be hybrid based out of our White Bear Lake, MN facility
Your Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer and representative calls
- Contact sales reps for order or quote completion questions
- Design, quote, and process orders for custom paper products
- Address questions on shipped orders from dealers
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs
- Enter rework orders, change orders, and update orders promptly
- Apply credits and process reprints
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain a minimum performance standard as set by the department
- Demonstrate respect for all team members
- Show passion for customers and work
- Strive for continuous improvement
- Take personal and shared responsibility and accountability
- Assist in other areas as needed
You Must Have :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a seasonal high-stress environment for extended period
- Excellent attention to detail and be highly organized
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a large time-sensitive workload
- Intermediate / Advanced computer knowledge and software proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
