Seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for our client bank.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Influence and align key stakeholders, including product, tech, operations, marketing, and legal.
- Lead metric definition and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and partner with tech and design teams to deliver solutions.
- Create go-to-market strategies and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Mentor a small product management team and drive agile processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in digital banking product management.
- Strong technical acumen and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and experience with IVR or CCaaS platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect).
