Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time remote or in house role for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing and other quality assurance activities.
You will work closely with the software development team to identify and resolve defects, perform regression testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
You will work with our users to make sure software features and logic are implemented correctly and respond to needs in efficient way.
We own different software products, all developed in house for our core business and also on other projects. Our main public applications are NeptuneCigar.
com, CigarScanner.com, Plantern.app and other internal tools such as a point of sale app, a mobile inventory app, and a few administration website.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance principles
- Experience in Manual Testing of software applications
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus
- Proficiency in Software Development methodologies
