  • Examine and certify the accuracy of credit risk data, delivering new data to the proper data warehouse, and analyzing new data.
  • Find methods in which your organization may utilize data more efficiently and develop new initiatives.
  • Standardize the data analysis process to help your team save time and have clear directions to complete their coding.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to determine which data is required to address their concerns, collate that data, operate BI queries, and produce reports to assist stakeholders in extracting meaning from analyzed data sets.
  • Handle data using popular data tools like Excel and structured query language (SQL); proficiency with data analysis is required.
  • Develop and support the Enterprise Credit Risk ETL platform on Microstrategy and Tableau BI tools.
  • Develop unit, integration, regression, and performance test scripts / test suites for the framework.
  • Follow Agile development processes, including work refinement, estimation, retrospectives, and other rituals.
  • Interface with users and team members to understand requirements and engineer and analyze solution options.
  • Communicate solutions effectively to teams and mentor junior resources.
  • Document the analysis, organize, and share findings with development and leadership teams.
  • Participate in POCs to evaluate tools and technologies as needed.
  • Extract and analyze data within Risk ETL and business reports.
  • Compile data regarding reported issues and offer remedies that improve the operation of processes and systems.
  • Work with leadership and teammates to implement changes.
  • Engage with teams to assess required resources, employees, equipment, and facilities.
  • Speak with key stakeholders and senior leadership to set strategic targets.
  • Utilize Microstrategy, Tableau, Oracle SQL, and documentation work.
