Sustainability Data and Reporting Senior Analyst
We are looking for a Sustainability Data and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Finance team in Santa Clara, CA. The individual in this role will be an integral member of the Finance team responsible for delivering the highest caliber of relevant sustainability information for our corporate responsibility reporting.

This critical position will require advanced data skills to improve data quality, governance, reporting and analytics to help build our Sustainability data foundation.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Collect data from across business for all GHG scopes from process owners to support global external and internal audits.
- Manage inventory of sustainability data; run systems and platforms for data repository for all sustainability reporting and data organization for disclosure and audit support.
- Support build out of processes and documentation for data reporting and finance-related activities.
- Flag for review any finance-related activities that may affect GHG emissions (ex. acquisitions, purchase of vehicles, corporate investments, etc.).
- Support build-out of sustainability reporting and work with IT to automate reporting capabilities.
- Support to enhance internal controls and reporting integrity.
- Support tie out of external sustainability data reporting.
What We Need to See :
- Undergraduate Degree in Accounting / Finance / Environmental Science / Data Science (or equivalent experience) with knowledge of environmental metrics reporting.
- 5+ years of data management, reporting or data analysis experience.
- Thorough with the highest regard for completeness and accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience with process and system automation.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable ability to build successful relationships cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting using Excel, SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, RPA and Workiva.
- Passion for climate and sustainability initiatives.
Ways To Stand Out from The Crowd :
- CPA or professional license, preferred.
- Experience with SEC financial reporting and internal controls implementation (ex. Sarbanes Oxley).
- Experience at Big 4 accounting firm or large consulting firm involved in sustainability reporting.
- Environmental metrics reporting experience with GHG Protocol and other environmental standards.
