Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and feeding - it's basically like being a glam squad for the geriatric set!
• Take and record vital signs because we're all about keeping things on point.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - we're not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get down and dirty!
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to make sure our residents' needs are met - teamwork makes the dream work.

Requirements :

• Got that State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio? Check.
• Bring on the compassion and kindness because without it, you're no good to us.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment - because we can't all be Rambo.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility would be a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.
