Salary : $600,000 annually with 11 weeks vacation

A premier anesthesia practice in Pensacola, Florida, invites a skilled Anesthesiologist to join its cohesive team of 14 anesthesiologists and over 50 CRNAs. Operating in a collaborative care team model at a single hospital, this role emphasizes supervising CRNAs while delivering top-quality anesthesia care. Position Highlights

Compensation : $600,000 annually as a 1099 contractor. with 11 weeks off.

Work Schedule :

1 : 6 call schedule with a 30-minute response time.

Weekday call : Monday-Friday, 1 : 00 p.m.-7 : 00 a.m., with post-call day off.

Weekend call : Saturday-Sunday, 7 : 00 p.m.-7 : 00 a.m., with Monday off.

Case Types :

Work in a Level II Trauma center with no transplant or cardiac cases.

Focus on healthy pediatric cases and limited OB (averaging 65 deliveries annually).

CRNAs manage in-house night duties and epidurals.

Complex trauma, pediatric, and OB cases are referred to nearby Level I Trauma and Women's & Children's hospitals.

Practice Focus : Staffing a single hospital fosters a streamlined workflow, allowing you to build strong relationships with CRNAs and deliver exceptional patient care.
