Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for :
- Developing comprehensive project plans
- Leading and managing project teams
- Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
- Ensuring high-quality construction work
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
- Administering contracts and managing costs
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
- Solving project-related challenges
- Encouraging continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications :
- 5-10 years of project management experience in mechanical contracting
- Preferably experience in Higher Education / Institutional, Lab / Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
