One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Center Manager (Clinician PT).
Responsibilities :
- Manage day to day operations of therapy center
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain employee files
- Efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients
- Provide top-notch physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
- Assist with developing strategies to increase profitability including center-specific marketing / sales plans
- Encourage development, learning, and growth of clinical staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment with respect to patient status, safety and well-being.
- Basic proficiency in Windows based operating system (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Strong Leadership skills
License / Certification :
- Graduation in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program
- State licensure / registration where applicable.
- Active CPR certification
