We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our business-focused projects.
Project Manager Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex business & operational focused projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our platform continues to deliver exceptional value to our users.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Ensure projects align with company goals and contribute to the overall success of Wellfit.com.
- Handle external-facing projects involving third-party dependencies and high-level stakeholders.
- Manage conflict, deescalate issues, and convey a sense of confidence in project deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, deescalate issues, and influence stakeholders.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus, but not required.
- Financial services background preferred.
