Summary : This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse for our patented POPCAKE automatic pancake machines (www.

peachtreefoods.com). The role is based in our Norcross, GA warehouse and is part of a small team environment.

Primary duties and responsibilities :

• Test for issues and disassemble POPCAKE pancake machines returned for service.
• Clean returned machines to an as new stage; scrub, scrape, and buff machine parts to remove any batter or grim inside the machine.
• Pick and Pack orders for ground carriers (FedEx / UPS) to receive during daily afternoon routes and provide documentation for shipments.
• Repackage returned units into a sellable condition and submit unit information of returned unit to Customer Service team for record keeping.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of warehouse and labelling of pallets in accordance with FDA guidelines.
• Stack, stage, and wrap pallets for outbound LTL shipments and have all paperwork and labels with pallets ready for the truck driver’s arrival.
• Validate inventory accuracy with cycle counts of warehoused SKUs.
• Assist in the unloading of both 20ft and 40ft containers from suppliers, and immediately validate full receival of expected SKUs / quantities.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Forklift operation and safety certified.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Capability to lift 70lbs repeated from the ground.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and other repetitive motions for 3+ hours consecutively.
• Push / Pull pallets using pallet jack of weights from 100+ lbs.
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s own time.
• Detailed oriented and a quick learner.
• Basic Windows & Microsoft Office knowledge
