What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Generalist with a focus on payroll and benefits , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and benefits administration, as well as managing relationships with third-party HR service providers .
You'll be the bridge between the company and the external HR team, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with all regulations.
Your key responsibilities include :
Payroll Management
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Act as the point of contact for employees on payroll issues, working closely with a third-party payroll provider to resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and oversee tax reporting in collaboration with the external HR service.
Benefits Administration
- Provide assistance for employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) administration
- Assist with open enrollment and ensure compliance with COBRA, FMLA, and other benefits regulations.
- Serve as the liaison between employees and external HR providers to resolve claims or coverage issues.
Who They're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+years of HR experience , with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and managing relationships with third-party HR services
