Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
- 8-10 years of experience in consumer facing product management role and experience in defining and delivering software products.
Mobile app experience is a plus.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex projects in cross-functional environments
- Experience with defining seamless consumer experiences
- Well-developed understanding of getting to high impact improvements using qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Bias towards action, even in areas of uncertainty, with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones, to get things done
- Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives.
- Test-and-learn methodology awareness and experience.
- Background in electric vehicle and / or automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about ChargePoint and our mission
