Pay Rate : $18 - 19 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare Treatment Areas : Set up treatment areas according to prescribed procedures and protocols.

Patient Interaction : Provide information and answer questions to help patients feel at ease.

Assist with Treatments : Apply and remove hot packs, cold packs, and electrical modalities under the supervision of a physical therapist.

Maintain Cleanliness and Safety : Ensure the working environment is clean and safe by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Manage Supplies : Monitor and maintain therapy supplies, including ordering and verifying receipt of new stock.

Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned to support the physical therapy team.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or GED.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Customer Service : Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.

Confidentiality : Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Listening Skills : Demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions and providing relevant information.

Problem-Solving : Strong ability to identify and solve problems.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
