CACI is seeking a Resource Specialist located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland supporting an US Army program and who works under limited supervision to support program management and perform administrative tasks.

What You’ll Get to Do :

Day One Coordinator / I9 Certifier.

Submit / Approve security clearance transactions.

Work directly with customers and team leads on requirements for new openings.

Create & track all open positions on contract.

Assist Talent Acquisition with recruiting.

Schedule meet & greets with customers.

Maintainer of OneScope (SharePoint) Staffing Roster.

Additional Subcontractor timecard approver.

Staffing data tracker for Program Management Reviews with senior leadership.

On-site building access / badges for new hires (sub & CACI).

Track and facilitate annual government training for all current and new employees.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

An active DoD Secret clearance.

Experience in assisting in resolving any administrative problems.

Experience in p reparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

Good communication and problem-solving skills, developing relationships with customer, data entry, schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare and modify documents as needed.

Familiar with Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is :

$51,800 - 106,200 USD
