Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Capital Markets Team in their Atlanta office.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a sophisticated large or mid-sized law firm. The candidate should have a broad range of transactional experience across both public and private equity and debt securities offerings and representing issuer, investor and underwriter clients.
In addition, experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance is required. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and should be comfortable assuming a lead role in managing the execution of transactions.
