Work Arrangement :

Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the technical center in either Roswell, GA or Austin, TX three times per week, at minimum.

The Role :

Drive Search Transformation with AI / ML capability for eCommerce physical and digital platforms with potential expansion to other platforms to increase conversion rate and drive better search engine results and optimization.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead software system design, development, and delivery.
• Monitor, support and drive Search Tool performance and reliability for business continuity and growth including debugging and solving operational issues.
• Work with internal eCommerce cross-functional teams to address complex problems, define processes or end-to-end solution improvements and implementations, for instance, Data Team, Dev Ops, UI and eCommerce backend core software engineering team.
• Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or application component.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn innovative technologies.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or related practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering (Java, React, Javascript, Oracle database strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience particularly with eCommerce Search Tool, for instance, consultation, Search Tool development and optimization with its solution implementation from planning.
• Experience with AI / ML Search Tool development and implementation, particularly Coveo Tool is preferred.
• Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with architecture design background preferred.
• Real-world experience in JAVA and experience building REST services that support high volume transactions in highly available environments.
• Experience building web applications with a modern JavaScript framework. Working knowledge of cloud frameworks & design patterns such as Micro-services, Micro-UI.
• Proven track record of designing and building complex solutions.
• Good understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL solutions.
